The structure of sense wave

sense wave uses modernst technology. Each training situation can be viewed on a monitor. The brain becomes automated over time and a current situation is without having to think directly corrected and adapted, by the body.

Level 1

Base plate without foam insert
Training model: dynamic
Main training: left / right - forward / backward and sideways
Horizontal floatation in all directions
Level 1 trains

  • balance
  • coordination skills
  • sense of orientation
  • perception of movements
  • posture corrections (training with closed eyes)

The slope of the base plate is in comparison with the slope of the tilt plate very low (Stage 3-5). Due to the low inclination joints are hardly stressed, but the person still floats in horizontal directions.

Level 2

Base plate with foam insert
Training variation: dynamic
Main training: left / right - forward / backward and sideways
Horizontal floatation in all directions

Level 2

  • requires better balance and coordination skills
  • higher degree of difficulty and more intense training than in Level 1

Level 3

Tilt plate
Training variation: static – dynamic– indifferent
Main training: left – right
Horizontal floating in all directions

Level 3

  • has a greater inclination
  • itensity of the corrections to the perpendicular initial position are clearly no-ticeable (deep muscles)
  • the brain, muscles and nerves are confronted with new situations
  • each training session (other than static) is performed in 3 spatial dimensions
  • main objective: training in left and right directions
  • non-stop unbalancing through the floating process; the body focus must constantly be corrected to its perpendicular initial position

After several sessions the body is aware of an indifferent balance and has a high degree of control over this state. Now we can proceed to Level 4.

Level 4

Tilt plate
Training variation: static– dynamic – indifferent
Main training: forward – backward and sideways
Horizontal floating in all directions

See Level 3
Level 4 completes Level 3 with the front and reverse directions.

Level 5

Tilt plate
Training variation: static – dynamic – indifferent
Main training: left / right - forward / backward and sideways at the same time
Horizontal floating in all directions
Training at level 5 requires mastering of the levels 3 and 4 (automated) (≥ 2/3 of the training time in balance).

Level 5 is very intense and requires the whole body.
Deep muscles (skeletal) are perceptible already after ≥1 minute!
