Flexibility and coordination are essential for the driving movement in golf. It is controlled by the central nervous system and realized through the flexibility and elasticity of the muscle. For the inter muscular coordination a functioning balance is decisive. Constant flexibility and coordination training has a positive influence on the nervous-, the bones- and the connective tissue system of the body.
